The Production Designer Intern will work within our Creative Production Studio to generate assets across all channels – print, app, web, display, social, and other digital touchpoints. In a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment, you must be able to take direction, effectively collaborate with teammates across disciplines to clarify requirements, goals, expectations, and timelines. Organization and multi-tasking abilities as well as excellence in communication are essential for this position.
You will use your keen eye for detail and your technical know how to get the job done.

Primary Roles + Responsibilities
- Manipulating and formatting graphics through Adobe Creative Suite apps
- Ensure all assets are production-ready/digitally optimized (inclusive of processing and proofing) and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
- Assists in optimization of email messaging, including creating templates and assets compatible with email platform
- Prepares designs and builds out production mechanicals for various digital projects (email and website)
- Package and preflight files for release to digital partners
- Provide image retouching and additional image manipulation
- Create PDFs for review
- Asset management
- Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements
- Follow a product workflow and timeline to ensure projects are being completed on time

Key Details
- This is a paid internship ($15/hour) that will end in December 2021.
- Open to grads and current college students. Based on candidate’s availability, this could be a full-time or part-time work schedule. Candidate must be able to work at our Minneapolis office.
- Potential to turn into full-time hire at end of internship.
